Face Data & Biometric Processing

To ensure your photo meets strict government requirements (e.g., head size, background color, and facial position), our Application uses on-device face detection technology (MediaPipe).

  • Data Collected: Temporary facial landmark coordinates (e.g., position of eyes, chin, and crown).
  • Purpose: Strictly to measure the "Head-to-Image Ratio" to validate if the photo meets the specific visa requirements of the country you selected.
  • Storage & Retention: This processing happens in real-time on your device's RAM. We do not store, save, or upload this facial geometry data. It is discarded immediately after the measurement is complete.
  • Sharing: We do not share facial data with any third parties.

Types of Data Collected

Files and Images

Our Application requires access to your device's camera and photo gallery to allow you to capture or select a photo for processing. These images are processed locally to remove backgrounds and crop to standard sizes. The final processed image is saved back to your device storage.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. This may include information such as Your Device's IP address, device type, operating system version, and crash logs (via Google Play Services) to help us fix bugs.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service: including to perform the background removal and compliance checks.
  • To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service (if applicable).
  • To contact You: regarding critical updates or security notices.

Since we do not collect personal photos or face data on our servers, we cannot disclose them. However, for non-personal Usage Data:

  • With Service Providers: We may share anonymous crash reports with Service Providers (like Google Firebase/Crashlytics) to monitor app stability.

Retention of Your Personal Data

Photos & Face Data: We do not retain your photos or facial data. They exist in the application's memory only during the editing session.

Usage Data: We will retain usage data for internal analysis purposes for a commercially reasonable time to improve App performance.

Our Service is a utility tool intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
